General Return Policy

You can return the item(s) within 14 days after delivery and ask for a full refund.  we will issue a full refund or we will send you a new product for free. Generally speaking, we require up to 24 hours to deal with this issue. The full details of our return policies are listed here below:


Quality Problem

If the item(s) you received is damaged, please send to our Customer Service some photos and a description of the issue within 14 days after delivery. We will send you a replacement or we will issue a full refund once the nature of the problem has been identified.


Return an unsatisfactory Product 

If the issue with the product you ordered is not quality-related but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. You will be issued a full refund of your purchase after we have received and inspected the returned item(s). You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

P.S.: all returned items must be in brand-new conditions, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

 

Received The Wrong Item
You can:
1) Exchange it for a new correct item;
OR
2) Return it for a full refund.
Please contact our Customer Service and send us the details about the wrong item within 14 days after delivery. We will resend the correct item for free or refund you the full price.

Please contact us before returning any of the items for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. If your refund request was approved by one of our experts


Returns content

Please include the following information in the return package :
1. Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return. 
2. Shipping label (outside the package). 
3. Reasons for return.
4. Photos to show the nature of the problem so to know if there is any quality-related issue or if you have received the item(s) in wrong sizecolor.
For the returned item(s), we will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it.
